Refund policy

 

CHASSIS UNLIMITED – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

 


 

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

All products are manufactured to order.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase with no penalty.

  • After 48 hours, and once an order has entered production, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

  • If raw materials have been cut, powder coating has begun, or the product has been completed, cancellation may be denied at our discretion.

  • Special order items, custom finishes, modified products, and powder coated items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.

 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

 


 

2. RETURNS – 30 DAY WINDOW

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date, not purchase date.

To qualify for return:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

  • Must be in original, unopened packaging

  • All hardware, brackets, and components must be included

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued prior to return

 

Opened packages are not eligible for return.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the shipment.

 


 

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Special order items

  • Custom fabricated items

  • Powder coated products

  • Modified products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Installed or attempted-to-install products

 


 

4. RESTOCKING FEES

 

Approved returns are subject to:

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any credit card processing fees incurred may be deducted

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

 


 

5. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

 

Customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Freight arrangement

  • Insurance for full purchase value

  • Any damage occurring during return transit

 

Returned items must be shipped freight prepaid.

 

Chassis Unlimited is not responsible for:

  • Lost shipments

  • Damaged return shipments

  • Uninsured returns

 

We strongly recommend insured, trackable freight.

 


 

6. FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY (CRITICAL)

 

All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery.

  • Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs of packaging and product are required.

 

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours voids claim eligibility.

 


 

7. REFUND PROCESSING

 

Once return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Financial institutions may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect funds

 

Refund amount = Purchase price minus:

  • Restocking / Cancellation fee

  • Original shipping cost

  • Any applicable processing fees

9. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

 

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or failure to follow return procedure may result in:

  • Collection action

  • Legal recovery of fees

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

 

By placing an order, customer agrees to all terms listed above.
