The Octane series bumpers bring an entire new style to the bumper market and offer an industry-first low-profile fitment with aggressive styling. The Octane series rear bumper is designed as a one-piece bumper, and ships as one unit ready to bolt to your vehicle. The rear bumpers also feature corner steps for ease of access. All of Chassis Unlimited’s products are designed & manufactured in Livermore California.
Simple bolt-on installation, no welding or grinding is needed to install our Octane Series bumpers. Most Installations are completed in a few hours or less with basic hand tools; the bumpers directly bolt onto your vehicle. Remove your factory bumper/mounts, and our product directly bolts onto your vehicle’s factory bumper mounting locations.
As of November 1st 2023: All of our Octane Series rear bumpers are designed as 3 Piece bumpers for Improved strength and durability. Our New 3Pc Designs allow us to create extreme strength with the shell of the bumper by using internal bracing. This allow allows us to create an extremely strong mounting joint location to your vehicles frame(3/8" THICK).
Bumper profiles remain the same, However all bumpers shipped will be improved 3-Piece designs.

Designed to be Low-Profile, the Octane series is extremely strong bumper, as well as a tight contour of the vehicle. Rear bumpers are designed to work with your factory tow hitch & tow plug.
All rear bumpers include LED License plate lights.
All of our bumpers include our premium Black Texture Powder Coat. This high quality 3-Stage durable finish is a great option for just about any truck color. We take pride in our manufacturing and finishing process, ensuring you receive a high quality product that's guaranteed to set your truck apart!
We don't offer color matching, however we do offer a RAW steel option if your looking to have your bumper color matched to your truck. This must be done by your local paint/powder shop.
